Welcome to Autea, a delightful dessert and bubble tea cafe nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Chinatown, Chicago, Illinois. Designed by Perpetuum Designs, the interior of Autea combines spaciousness and modernity to create a captivating environment for indulging in sweet treats and refreshing beverages.

The interior design of this restaurant combines spaciousness, modernity, blue and wood accents, marble textures, and captivating geometric natural hanging lights to create a harmonious and visually stunning environment.

As you step into Autea, you will immediately notice the seamless blend of contemporary design elements with inviting comfort. The abundance of seating options ensures that there is ample space for guests to relax and enjoy their desserts and bubble teas in a welcoming atmosphere.

Our design team at Perpetuum Designs has incorporated blue accents throughout the space, adding a touch of serenity and tranquility to the ambiance. These accents are strategically placed. Following the same color tone, accent textures surround the spaces and create a trick for the naked eye. The rich deep blue color selected for the overall ceiling will change nuances throughout the day, according to the intensity of the sun’s light, and will completely turn black once the artificial light takes over. The same exact color code is featured in other sections of the space; while covering a brick accent portion of a wall or a bare concrete column, this exact color will look slightly different, accentuating and highlighting the entire space in playful harmony.

Wood accents further enrich the interior of Autea, bringing a natural warmth and a touch of earthiness to the space. These accents can be found in the furnishings and other architectural details, providing a sense of grounding and a connection to nature.

Marble accents add an element of sophistication and refinement to the cafe. Whether it's in the form of countertops or other surfaces, the marbled textures elevate the visual appeal and create a sense of luxury, enhancing the overall dining experience.

The main attraction of Autea is the striking geometric rattan hanging lights that descend from above. These eye-catching lights not only serve as a functional element but also make a bold design statement. Their geometric shapes and vibrant yellow color create a playful and energetic atmosphere, adding a touch of whimsy to the space.
